The Importance of Cardio
Cardio has long been a component of any good fitness regimen. It’s a good workout for the heart, the brain, the circulatory system, the cardiovascular system, joints, muscles and just about everything else. Instead, my feet, legs and hips simply follow one continuous and smooth motion.
Another advantage the LS15.0E- has over a treadmill is that it allows me to run backwards too. Doing so is an easy way for me to target my calves and hamstrings, the latter of which needs to stay strong to keep my back and posture in line.
Lastly, of course, the Livestrong Fitness LS15.0E allows me to get my cardio done in the comfort of my own home. This was great early on when I didn’t necessarily want my neighbors to see my huffing and puffing and it’s been great since as I never miss a workout because the weather is bad.
It can handle up to 325 pounds of weight on it, so people who haven’t been running for a while don’t have to worry.
