The Precor EFX 5.37 Premium Series Elliptical Fitness Crosstrainer is the top of the Precor Range.  You can expect this cross trainer to be built from the top quality components with no expense spared.  For example, it has one of the biggest stride lengths of any elliptical, adjustable from 21″ to a massive 24.5″.  This will fit riders from 5′ to well over 6’6″ with comfort.

The console:

Features a generous number of LED displays (7), which allow you to monitor a range of statistics, including: strides per minute, resistance level, program profile, heart rate, distance, angle, and calories burned per minute.

Heart Rate Monitor:

You can choose between the handlebar mounted grips (two set in convenient comfortable locations) or using a chest strap.  All Percor models are compatible with the industry standard Pulsar Heart Rate monitors, or any 5Hz strap

Program Profiles,

This model allows for 4 profiles to be stored in its memory. This prevents having to renter height weight age etc every time you start out. This ensures that the workout profile will always be right for you, with the correct target heart rate and resistance settings.

It is also equipped with a touch and telemetry heart rate monitoring technology that allows you to keep yourself in the peak target heart rate zone every single time you work out.

Incline Motion

In addition, the Precor EFX 5.37 features an innovative design that allows users to change the incline of the elliptical motion. The ability to adjust the angle of the motion means you can target a wide range of lower body muscles, while simultaneously increasing your cardio burn.

CrossRamp

What differentiates the CrossRamp Technology from the incline found on ellipticals produced by other manufacturers is that you are able to maintain a true elliptical motion as you raise the incline.
